BCH: Plans to invest up to THB490m to acquire all assets of Rajavej Ubon Hospital, a 100-bed private hospital in Ubon Ratchathani, with completion expected in Aug 2026. The hospital will be upgraded under the Kasemrad network, targeting patients in Ubon, nearby provinces and Laos.
Comment: That’s an interesting price point, 4.9 / bed, upgrading it another 1.0/bed or so, if you have look at RPH then you’ll understand how well decently run hospitals can perform in this region of Thailand.

Operates wholesale (Makro) and retail (Lotus’s) businesses selling food and non-food products, plus mall and commercial space management in Thailand and overseas.
