  1. Anyone with half a brain should be able to get rich on the Thai stock exchange.
Just choose the stocks already so ridiculously overvalued and back them all the way. LOL.

Since July we have had ABC, DIMET, DNA, MAX (how can it stay this value 656 million US MCAP????? Seriously??? The board and IA say no to a Tender Offer and then 11 billion shares sold at 0.05 Baht), TIES, AJP, ACD and a dozen more warped situations. Are people in the know or are Thais just super momentum traders?

The other thing I don’t get is business transactions and news is not always announced/reported through the exchange.

Like Pon says stick to real companies and you wont get burnt……… (but you wont be retiring in a few months either.)

    • 1) Friends tell friends who tell their friends etc etc etc
      2) A lot of reverse IPO’s have taken place this year, Rasa into Singha Real Estate, Max will become Siamese Assets; so in a way their prices are reflecting the actual value of the new businesses; but the rest, good old fashioned stock manipulation/insider trading.
