Tender offer — Mr. Upakit Pachariyankun will do a tender offer to purchase securities of CYBER at the price of Bt0.50/share after the proportion of his holding exceeded 25%. The tender period will be between Jan 12-Feb 13. The CEO of CYBER reports that the company is planning to acquire a property on Hokkaido Island with a total land area of 20-25 rai. He said valuation of the asset should be complete by 1Q15 and that the company should use no more than Bt500mn in the investment. The company currently has more than Bt2bn in cash on hand. DEMCO

DEMCO to sign infrastructure project contract located in Luang Prabang sometime this week. The concession will be for 30 years but the company expects to start booking revenues immediately. It has also won work worth more than Bt1bn from EGAT. It expects revenue and net profit this year to reach a record high. (Kao Hoon, 12/01/15)

Comment: Management understands that they have to somehow maintain revenue and profit growth hence this new project and the expansion to waste-to-energy.
EFORL
EFORL to propose dividend sometime in February or March. It said that 2014 revenue will be close to its target of Bt1.2bn with net profit higher than Bt200mn. It expects revenue this year to reach Bt5bn supported by full year of revenue from Wuttisak Clinic. (Kao Hoon, 12/01/15)

Sale in 1Q15 — Bualuang Asset Management is confident that the SEC will approve the sale of JASIF within 1Q15. Dividend yield for the first year is estimated to be 8.59-9.02%. It also said that investors showed strong interest during the roadshow. (Kao Hoon, 12/01/15)

LIVE
LIVE expects revenue this year to reach Bt400-500mn and with a turnaround in net profit. It said it will focus on investing in businesses will strong growth potential. It also plans to restructure its company into a holding company. (Thun Hoon, 12/01/15)
PTT
PTT upbeat on this year’s profit outlook – Even though crude oil prices have tumbled more than 50% since June to below US$50 a barrel with no end in sight, PTT Plc expects its 2015 net profit will remain the same as last year. The optimism comes from completely writing off its oil inventory loss last year so it will not carry forward to this year, as well as a one-off profit from the planned sale of Bangchak Petroleum (BCP), said PTT chief operating officer Surong Bulakul. (Bangkok Post, 10/01/15)

ROJNA plans to invest around Bt2bn to develop two new industrial estates. Moreover, it is in talks with new clients on land sales and the company expects this will help increase its current backlog of 700-800 rai, which will be booked up to 4Q15. SUPER
Par value change approved — SUPER’s board has given its approval to the change in par value to Bt0.10/share from Bt1.00/share and to a subsequent capital increase through the issuance of new shares to existing shareholders, PP, and issuance of new warrants. The proceeds will be used to develop a new solar farm. The company has set a target of a total of 400MW production capacity for this year and also plans to expand into waste power plant business. TICON expects 2015 revenue to grow by 5-10%. It plans to invest Bt6bn to acquire new land for development. It will also expand the area for rent by another 350,000 sqm. It plans to sell another Bt4.3-4.5bn in assets into its REIT. (Kao Hoon, 12/01/15)
UTP
UTP says it has received EIA approval for its capacity expansion plan. It plans to start developing the new factory in January. The new plant will help increase its production capacity by 250,000 tons per year since the company is currently running at 100% capacity.
