TFD and Apichai Taechaubol bought 10.22% in HOTPOT via a big lot-sale. This will make them the third largest shareholder. It plans to expand food business in AEC next year which will add to revenue. QLT is budgeting Bt40-50mn to expand its product line. It expects this to contribute 50% of total revenue. It expects 2016 revenue to be 10% lower than last year because of delays in projects and lower price of oil and gas. Its backlog is Bt300mn. (Thun Hoon, 20/10/16)
SCI expects to show net profit in 3Q16 because of revenue contribution from its project in Laos. It expects to sign contracts for two projects with a total value of Bt13bn this year. (Khao Hoon, 20/10/16)
