LALIN

LALIN presales Bt1.63bn. It aims at 2014 presales of Bt3.2bn. It expects revenue growth of 15-16% to Bt2.7bn in 2014. It will launch 5-6 new projects in 2H14 and expects recovery in the economy and the property market. (Khao Hoon, 02/07/14)

MAJOR

MAJOR plans to increase ASEAN revenue proportion to 15-20% over five years from currently 5%. It has formed a partnership with Cambodian cinema and bowling operator with a three-year payback period. It will invest Bt500mn to set up 4,000 cinema screens in Laos, Vietnam, and Myanmar within 2020. (Tun Khao, 02/07/14)

Comment: Their first expansion in Cambodia will be hugely positive with the AEONT group, surprisingly (or not) Thai Cinema is incredibly popular in its neighbouring countries, there is no reason why MAJOR can’t dominate the Mekong region.

NOK

NOK reports passenger traffic recovered in June and expects cabin factor of 80% in 2Q14. It expects a better performance in 2H14, backed by many bookings and six new aircraft. It expects revenue growth of 10% in 2014. (Khao Hoon, 02/07/14)

SPCG

SPCG completes COD of all 36 solar farms with a total operating capacity of more than 250MW. It will begin to book the additional revenues starting 3Q14. It also aims to invest in Japan. The company expects revenues of at least Bt3.5bn this year. (Khao Hoon, 02/07/14)

TKS

TKS business stronger in 2Q14 supported by demand for printing football lottery tickets. It plans to revise its target revenues this year up from its initial 10% after 2Q14 as it expects 2H14 to be stronger on seasonality. (Khao Hoon, 02/07/14)

TRC to get contract to build 4th gas pipeline worth Bt600-700mn and has backlog of Bt4bn. It expects 2014 revenue of Bt4bn. (Khao Hoon, 02/07/14)

TTCL

TTCL expects profit to grow by more than 50% this year, with 2Q14earnings to increase YoY and QoQ. It expects to get new work worth more than Bt60-80bn in 3Q14, lifting backlog to Bt100bn. It expects to continue booking revenues from its power plant in Myanmar. (Khao Hoon, 02/07/14)
