  1. Hi Pon,

    What is your take on the Petrochemical segment at the moment? From the looks of your last chart is has seriously under performed the market.

    • If there’s no capacity increase in the names theres usually no growth, plus the periods of 2006-2010 saw petrochemical spreads go to all time highs.

      I stay away unless I see obvious capacity increase.

      • kinda reminds of the oil industry, fat margins encouraged over investment and excess supply. Only thing is there is usually a time lag of 2-3 years before excess supply squeezes margins.
