The market was unable to hold unto gains last week, albeit they were mainly driven by prop traders (charts to come later) and thus should be of no surprise. What should we focus on this week? Well more earnings are coming out so that should give us an opportunity to see how some sectors had performed in the 4Q and more interestingly China is back from its holiday, should we be afraid? But oh Japan is +4.5% as of writing this AM.
