Expects net loss this year without transfers. It says a delay of EIA lead to a delay of construction and transfer. It targets 2015 revenue of Bt10bn. (Khao Hoon, 04/06/15)

PACE
PACE says investors interested in the capital increase shares of 600mn. The shares were sold out in one week. CEO also bought some of the new shares. (Khao Hoon, 04/06/15)
Comment: And herein lies the issue with PACE, it does have a lot of potential backlog to recognise but its cashflow situation is $hit!

POLAR
POLAR plans to buy 507 rai to develop a resort worth Bt11.1bn. It expects the business will turn around in three years. It set up a subsidiary in the British Virgin Islands to run a property business in the UK. (Thun Hoon, 04/06/15)

SCN
SCN expects to report good earnings in 2Q15 due to booking revenue from iCNG. It will book extra revenue in 3Q15. It is confident it will turn in a better performance in both revenue and earnings this year. (Khao Hoon, 04/06/15)

SPA
SPA expects 76% earnings growth. The company plans to open 4-7 branches to add more room for Chinese tourists. It plans to buy another spa business in 2H15 that will increase revenue to Bt20bn. Management expects 50% growth in 2015 revenue. (Thun Hoon, 04/06/15)

TRC
2Q15 earnings expected to increase due to transfers. It expects 20% growth in 2015 revenue and earnings aided by Bt6.6bn backlog. It expects to get a job from PTTEP worth Bt3bn in 2H15. The company plans to bid for Bt10bn in projects. (Khao Hoon, 04/06/15)

TUF
TUF targets 2015 revenue of US$5bn. The deal with Bumble Bee is expected to be finalized by 4Q15; it is now waiting for US government approval. It plans to increase capital via RO which is expected to get US$400mn in cash for use in investment. (Khao Hoon, 04/06/15)

  1. regarding Demco and Weh, I fail to understand why it is such a matter. Demco is diversifying, the backlog is at an all time high despite nothing new coming from Weh
    whose floating shares should in time find a buyer.

    • WEH is potentially worth thb 34 bn, thus demco’s 4% stake is ~thb 1.36 bn, and they may fully exit on weh’s ipo/tradesale etc etc, this is equivalent to ~15% of demco’s existing market cap, hence why it is impt.
