Judgment today — The administrative court will issues its ruling on the broadcast of the FIFA matches on free TV today. It will require it to allow free TV either all 64 matches or just 22. UMI

VGI maintains revenue growth of 13-17% YoY and aims to acquire a business or set up a joint venture in 2014. It is interested in outdoor media and expects Bt12bn from the issue of VGI-W1, maturity of four years, raising Bt3bn per year. (Khao Hoon, 11/06/14)
