Comment: A small IPO and thus expect for it to perform well on the first day if you can get the shares
 
AUCT
AUCT working with KTB to appraise property worth more than Bt400mn. It is negotiating to get a new job and expects some decision soon. It plans to increase the proportion of other auctions to 5% from 1-2% and targets 2017 revenue growth of 20% supported by auto market recovery. (Thun Hoon, 28/10/16)
Comment: They are expanding from just doing car and motorbike sales. But we do wonder how big the market is for them to switch to property, supply is there, but demand?
 
BCP
BCP expects 3Q16 profit of Bt1.1bn or growth of 161%. It expects to complete the Bangchak Bioethanol deal which will support capacity of 150k liter per day. It will spend Bt700mn to maintain its holding in NIDO when it raises capital. (Kao Hoon, 28/10/16)
BDMS
The board has approved Bt1.39bn to acquire Mayo Hospital. This deal is expected to finish in January 2017. It will expand the customer base and bring in more revenue. (Kao Hoon, 28/10/16)
Comment: How many more clinics/hospitals can BDMS buy? Plenty it seems. 

 
DCON
DCON is negotiating for a renewable energy project and will expand production line. It will focus on the property business and targets the launch of a new project every year. It expects to increase property revenue to 40% from 8-9%. It plans to list a subsidiary on the market. It plans to invest in Cambodia and expects 2016 revenue of Bt1.1bn. (Thun Hoon,28/10/16)
DELTA
DELTA expects 4Q16 earnings growth to exceed 3Q16 and raise 2016 profit to more than 2015’s Bt6.71bn. It maintains 2016 revenue growth at 10% due to orders from the EU and US in December. (Kao Hoon, 28/10/16)
DEMCO
DEMCO expects 4Q16 to be good, supported by book revenue from its backlog of more than Bt6.4bn. It is waiting to hear the results of its bids for new jobs worth more than Bt2bn. It expects 2017 business to be strong backed by more opportunity for getting new jobs. (Thun Hoon, 28/10/16)
Comment: Still the 2 same issues for DEMCO, the WEH IPO and the provision/business losses from fixing those wind turbines
 
EA
EA expects 2016 profit growth of 50% with continued growth at 31% per year in 2017-2018 thanks to booking a full-year of revenue from EAHK and starting up a wind power plant in 2018. (Thun Hoon, 28/10/16)
GFPT
GFPT targets 2016 revenue growth of 3-5%, supported by exports of more than 6-6.5k tons per quarter in 2H16. This will push export growth to 10%. It has an investment budget of Bt0.8- 1bn to build a meatball and sausage processing factory. It will increase poultry farm capacity to 20-25k tons per day. (Thun Hoon, 28/10/16)
NEP
NEP plans to increase capital via a rights offering. It will use the funds to buy new machines. It expects to start operating a packaging machine in February 2017 that will widen margin from 10% to 20%. It is negotiating to get new orders from three parties and expects this to support full capacity. It expects to turn around and expand its business in the future. (Thun Hoon,28/10/16)
PF
PF plans to cooperate with two partners to invest in a property project in the SEZ in Trat covering more than 895 rai. It expects 2016 total revenue of Bt17bn and expects 3Q16 earnings to be good. It plans to postpone the launch of three new condominium projects valued at Bt6bn to next year. (Kao Hoon, 28/10/16)
PTTEP
PTTEP reported 3Q16 profit of Bt5.45bn; this brought 9M16 profit to Bt13.73bn. It has cash on hand of Bt130bn. It expects 2016 petroleum sales volume of 322k bbl per day. (Kao Hoon, 28/10/16)
SYNEX
SYNEX expects smartphone revenue to reach Bt5bn supported by more orders for Huawei Mate 9. It targets 2016 target of Bt23bn. It plans to deal with a Chinese partner that will provide more service revenue. (Thun Hoon, 28/10/26)
THANI
THANI expects 2017 business to be good supported by big government projects. It expects 2017 loan growth of 15% from above Bt32bn this year. It expects wider spread thanks to lower financial cost. (Thun Hoon ,28/10/16)
Comment: The more aggressive version of ASK but I’ve never liked the continuous equity increases.
 
TM
TM expects to get orders for Dinsow robots worth more than Bt10mn. It expects 2017 revenue to grow more than 20% to reach Bt700-720mn from the anticipated Bt600mn this year. It plans to introduce new products and expand to CLMV. It plans to enter into JV or acquire two businesses. (Thun Hoon, 28/10/16)
TPOLY
TPOLY expects to get a new job in 4Q16 after bidding for 2-3 projects valued at Bt1bn. It should know the result this year. This will lift backlog from the current Bt2bn. (Thun Hoon, 28/10/16)
Comment: The questions here are can they turnaround operations and will retail investors see the value of the TPCH in TPOLY
    • Well lets see how it plays out, i do put a high probability for them to show a net profit in 3Q16 n 4Q16. 1Q17-2Q17 is still a bit of a question mark.
