SIRI will transfer two condominiums, The Line Asok-Ratchada and The Best Garden-Rama 9, worth Bt5.3bn in 4Q18. The two condominiums are under the JV between SIRI and BTS. It expects the JV earnings to reach Bt700mn this year. (Kao Hoon, 27/9/18)
STA
STA expects 4Q18 results to be outstanding after it started commercial operations of two rubber glove factories. The factories are located in the south of Thailand, lifting production capacity to 17.2bn pieces annually and supporting demand in the foreign market. Rubber gloves provide a high margin of 22%. TRUE
The Administrative Court has ruled in TRUE’s favor to dismiss the arbitrator’s decision that ordered TRUE to pay TOT a total of Bt12.17bn. The dispute arose about a decade ago when TOT gave this amount to TRUE to pay the Excise Department as per the cabinet resolution. (Kao Hoon, 27/9/18)
