AMATA land sales for 2013 ended at 1,000 rai. In 2014, it plans to focus more on land sales abroad, especially in Vietnam, to avoid the political turmoil in Thailand. It said that 3-4 customers are already waiting to sign a deal. (Khao Hoon, 06/01/13)

BBL

BBL targets 5-7% loan growth in 2014 — BBL plans to grow loans in 2014 at 5-7% YoY supported by all channels, despite political pressure. It said 2013 revenue growth hit its target at 8% and expects net profit of Bt36.7bn, up 11% YoY. (Khao Hoon, 6/1/13)

Targets 1,000 stores in India and Vietnam in 5 years — CPF plans to expand its business over the next five years with a target of at least 1,000 stores in India and Vietnam within the next five years. The company targets growth of 25-30% annually in those countries. (Khao Hoon, 06/01/13) 

GLOBAL

GLOBAL aims 2014 revenue growth of 25% YoY after revenue of Bt15.4bn in 2013 supported by robust demand. It will invest Bt2.4bn to set up 12 new branches nationwide to expand its lient base. (Thun Hoon, 6/1/13)

GLOW

4Q13 profit at Bt2bn — GLOW says 4Q13 net profit including FX gains will be ~Bt2bn. It expects growth to continue through into 2014 supported by the full year revenues of GHECO-1 along with the increase in Ft of Bt0.05/unit in Jan-April. It also plans to invest Bt1bn in renovating and maintaining its existing plants. (Khao Hoon, 05/01/13)

Comment: The company is generating tonnes of cash with limited debt, we are expecting to see a special dividend 

PS

Breaks records in 2013 — PS said it will break all records in 2013, with revenue for 4Q13 expected to hit Bt11.4bn, pushing revenue for the year up to Bt36.5bn. Net profit is projected to grow 34% to reach Bt5.2bn. In 2014, the company aims to launch 50 projects worth Bt50bn. (Khao Hoon, 06/01/13)

Comment: Just an amazing property machine, their main advantage is cost, whilst the projects aren’t in the best locations nor the best looking ones on a value-to-price ratio is its key advantage versus almost every other developer in the market.

WHA To add 300K sqm in rental area — WHA expects to expand its rental area by 300K sqm, supporting revenue growth of 30% YoY. Somyos Anantaprayoon expects to conclude joint venture agreements for two large projects soon. (Thun Hoon, 6/1/13)
