BCP: Bangchak Hong Kong Holding completed the acquisition of 100% of Chevron Hong Kong, which will be renamed Bangchak Hong Kong, strengthening BCP’s regional downstream presence across fuel marketing, industrial and marine fuel businesses.

Comment: Well ok, I guess this would add value and the ability to shift capital around… 

PTT: Bloomberg reported that PTT is evaluating potential equity investments and long-term LNG offtake agreements in U.S. export projects, including discussions with Woodside Energy regarding its Louisiana LNG project, as Thailand seeks to diversify gas supply. Talks remain preliminary. Separately, the government continues to accelerate LNG import infrastructure development to support rising electricity demand from new data centres.

Comment: If you want America’s love, get those LNG contracts signed…

SCB: SCB Julius Baer advised high-net-worth investors to position portfolios for long-term structural themes, including geopolitical realignment, supply-chain diversification, artificial intelligence and rising capital investment.

Comment: Or just do a simple asset allocation…oh yes…need those fees.

XO: Management expects earnings momentum to improve in 2H26 after clearing U.S. chilli inventory, supported by stronger sales, lower sugar and syrup costs and continued investment in a new THB1.3bn production facility to support long-term growth.
