BJCHI has won Bt150mn worth of steel processing project in Chile, which it expects to book the revenue in 1Q18. It is going to bid for new projects, worth Bt8bn. (Khao Hoon, 09/02/18)

EKH targets 2018 revenue to grow by 8-10% to Bt600mn, brought by the opening of IVF center. It expects this center will have ten clients per month. It has budgeted Bt50mn to renovate existing rooms and open kidney center. (Khao Hoon, 09/02/18)

III targets 2018 revenue growth at 20%, brought by the growth from all of its businesses. It plans to expand its storage areas in the airports and to take over new businesses and enter a joint venture in related business, which it expects to finalize within this year. (Khao Hoon, 09/02/18)

IVL
IVL has received Bt7.2bn from the exercising of IVL-W2. This has strengthened its financial position and raised its opportunity to acquire new business in the future. This also shows the confidence of the shareholders in the company fundamentals. (Khao Hoon, 09/02/18)
Comment: Well, just wait until the spreads worsen again and its back to 20.

LHBANK
LHBANK expects 2018 loan to grow by 10-15% to Bt20-30bn after collaborating with Taiwanese partner, CTBC bank. It believes CTBC will be able to attract Taiwanese companies to invest in EEC area, which it targets loans from this group of customers at Bt10bn. It will maintain NPL ratio at no more than 2% and says Asavabhokhin family is holding its stake of 35.6% and has no plan to reduce the holding. (Khao Hoon, 09/02/18)
Comment: It is a weaker shareholder when compared to what BAY has with with the Japanese Banking Group, Bank of Toyko-Mitsubishi.

RICHY
RICHY is going to transfer its five projects, worth Bt400mn in 1Q18, supporting 2018 revenue to growth of 80% to Bt3bn as targeted. It also has backlog on hands of Bt4bn and projects presales at Bt3bn in 2018, as it plans to launch four new projects, worth Bt7bn this year. (Thun Hoon, 09/02/18)

SNC
SNC announces the dividend of Bt0.5/share, XD on 20 February after reporting 2017 earnings of Bt401mn, stables from last year due to lower orders and baht appreciation. (Khao Hoon, 09/02/18)

WAVE
WAVE’s board approved to issue 46.75mn new ordinary shares through PP to The Mall Group for Bt3.85/share totaling Bt179.99mn. This gives The Mall group stake of 9.99%. It plans to use this fund for working capital and to repay its debts. (Khao Hoon, 09/02/18)
Comment: I wonder what businesses Mall Group will give to WAVE.

    • For the opposite reason of why they improved, its a commodity game, capacity driven. Low capacity = high spreads, high capacity = low spreads, of course throw in demand estimates as well. But in the end its a typical commodity cycle.
