LHBANK

Comment: I still don’t like MC, growth comes from opening new stores but all of its existing stores are reporting constant decreases in sales.

MINT
MINT plans to invest Bt30-32bn in five years in expand existing businesses and will invest Bt22-24bn into new business. The company maintains net profit growth of 15-20% YoY in its five-year plan. (Kao Hoon, 25/11/14)

MOONG
MOONG reports revenue of Bt790mn, flat YoY, and has set a revenue growth target of more than 10% YoY in 2015. The company expects revenue will reach Bt1bn in the next 1-2 years as it creates new five brands. (Kao Hoon, 25/11/14)
Comment: They are a small distributor of consumer products, nice little business here.

OCEAN
OCEAN continues to expand domestic and overseas market. The company expects growing revenue in 4Q14 and plans to introduce a faucet showroom. It is ready to be an agent for imported machinery from Goodyear with expected revenue of Bt60mn. (Kao Hoon, 25/11/14)

PTSC
SEC approves PSTC’s filing for offering 450mn IPO shares on mai. Management plans to lead the company to be a leader in electrical system management and renewable energy. (Thun Hoon, 25/11/14)

RICH
RICH shareholders approve capital increase of 1.37bn and will allocate 1.03bn shares to existing shareholders. The company will privately place the remainder with four large retail investors at a price of Bt0.3/share. The company approved the sale of shares in a subsidiary for Bt540 and use the funds to repay debt. (Kao Hoon, 25/11/14)

ROBINS
ROBINS sets revenue growth of 10% YoY on the assumption the economy will recover in 2015. The company expects SSS growth of 4-5% in 2015 after missing target in 2014. It is investing Bt4.5bm to add new branches at home and abroad. (Kao Hoon, 25/11/14)

TOP
TOP and PTT want to engage in refinery plant improvement in Myanmar, which will be concluded in early 2015. The company reports that average GIM in November has recovered and reached US$9/bbl from US$5.5/bbl in 3Q14. The company is confident that 4Q14 gross profit before oil stock loss will be Bt10bn. UTP
UTP expects net profit of Bt400mn p.a. after completing its power plant. The company expects sharp growth in 2015 as it will form a partnership and will invest Bt980mn to increase paper production capacity by 500 tons/day. (Thun Hoon, 25/11/14)

VPO
VPO closed at Bt2.94/share, 8.89%higher than IPO price. Management says fundamentals are solid. The company will consider a dividend at a board meeting in December. (Kao Hoon, 25/11/14)
Comment: Fairly disappointing given how every other small IPO has performed, is the period of +100-200% on its first day finished now?
