DELTA: DELTA will invest approximately THB3.2bn (US$98m) to build a new manufacturing plant in Bangpoo Industrial Estate, Samut Prakan, replacing its aging facility and supporting future capacity expansion. The investment will be funded through working capital. Construction is scheduled to begin in 4Q26 and be completed in 4Q28.

KBANK: Management expects loan growth in 2H26 to be driven by large corporate clients, supported by signs of economic recovery and increased foreign investment. However, the bank acknowledged pressure from the BOT’s fee reduction measures and is accelerating efforts to develop new revenue streams. KBANK also reaffirmed its commitment to expanding its green loan portfolio to THB500bn.
Comment: Wealth management is the new storyline for these banks. For KBANK – just waiting to see whether the GULF management team does an AIS on it.
M.BK – MK Restaurant Group PCL
Thailand’s leading casual-dining operator best known for the MK suki chain, together with Yayoi Japanese restaurants and other Asian-concept outlets across the country.

PTT: PTT said volatile energy prices require continuous portfolio reviews to enhance resilience and enable the company to adapt quickly. Management confirmed it has THB200bn in working capital, providing sufficient liquidity to support operations and maintain Thailand’s energy security amid higher oil prices. The company remains confident that 2026 operating results will not be lower than last year’s and expects to maintain a dividend yield of 6-7%.
Comment: Well I doubt that the management team promises a 6-7% dividend yield. But it is what it is, and given that energy prices are where they are, how could PTT not be a decent mid-term play?
