EKH
EKH targets 2017 revenue growth of 8-10% from 15% this year. It is studying to open a center for the aged and a fertility center, which it expects to require investment of Bt30-40mn. (Bangkokbiznews, 11/11/16)
GLAND
GLAND reported 3Q16 net profit of Bt359.7mn (+48.59%) on a higher occupancy rate at G Tower. It says office occupancy rate is higher than 90%. It expects construction to complete this year. It plans to invest in Super Tower in order to increase its revenue. (Thun Hoon, 11/11/16)
Comment: Well 75% of its earnings came from a revaluation of an asset value…but if the company does plan to invest in the super tower,  it will have to raise more capital, most likely in the form of a REIT
 
GUNKUL
GUNKUL reported 3Q16 net profit of Bt125mn, down 57% because of a drop in revenue from electrical equipment. This brought 9M16 net profit to Bt393mn. (Kao Hoon, 11/11/16)
ITEL
ITEL reported 3Q16 net profit of Bt19.85mn, up 725% because of implementing cost control. This increased its net profit margin to 12.39%. Its backlog is Bt1.21bn. (Kao Hoon, 11/11/16)
IVL
IVL reported 3Q16 net profit of Bt3.18bn, boosted by acquisition and large orders which increased its utilization rate to 89%. This brought 9M16 net profit to Bt13.23bn. (Kao Hoon, 11/11/16)
Comment: IF they are going to continue on the acquisition spree and if spreads do increase then it wouldn’t be too far fetched to imagine that the share price doubles over the next 3-4 years, now we just have to see what the probability of these two events occurring…
MONO
MONO reported 3Q16 net profit of Bt10.12mn aided by 86.10% growth in revenue from media. It expects to benefit after MONO29 channel moved up to #4 position, with an increase in ratings of 114.72%. (Kao Hoon, 11/11/16)
MTLS
MTLS is studying investing in Vietnam and Myanmar. It expects 2016 loan growth of 80% with NPLs controlled at a low level. (Kao Hoon, 11/11/16)

PS
PS expects the swap transaction between PS and PS Holding to be done by Nov 23. It expects PS Holding shares to trade on the SET on Dec 1. It expects 2016 revenue to miss its target of Bt51bn. It plans to launch 18-20 projects valued at Bt20bn in 4Q16. (Kao Hoon, 11/11/16)
PTT
PTT expects 3Q16 net profit of Bt25bn on the back of strong performance in every business unit. It plans to report its performance today. This will bring 9M16 net profit to Bt74bn, up 274% from last year. (Kao Hoon, 11/11/16)

SAT expects substantial growth in 2H16 brought by recovery in the agricultural sector which will raise its farm machinery sales. It is negotiating for new projects. It expects clarification this year. (Kao Hoon, 11/11/16)

SCI
SCI reported 3Q16 net profit of Bt57.01mn brought by transfers. It expects to get a Bt1bn project. It expects to sign a contract for a project in Laos valued at Bt13bn this year. (Thun Hoon, 11/11/16)

THCOM
THCOM posted 3Q16 net profit of Bt434mn, up 63%YoY on the back of FX gain and profit from investment in associates. This brought 9M16 net profit to Bt1.72bn. (Kao Hoon, 11/11/16)

TOG expects 2016 revenue of Bt2bn (10-15% growth). It expects 4Q16 earnings to be robust on the back of large orders. It is budgeting Bt400mn to increase its capacity for prescription lenses. It plans to launch six new products next year to expand market in AEC. (Kao Hoon, 11/11/16)
TPCH
TPCH reported 3Q16 net profit of Bt65.88mn, up 672% on the back of four biomass power plants (Chaeng Rak Bio Power, Mae Wong Energy, Mahachai Green Power, and Tung Sung Green) which start operations. It expects 2016 revenue to grow 200%. (Thun Hoon, 11/11/16)
TWPC
TWPC reported 3Q16 net profit of Bt185mn, up 116%YoY from lower material cost and higher sales. It expects 2016 revenue to be a record high. It plans to acquire a company in Vietnam and Cambodia to support growth. (Thun Hoon, 11/11/16)

WICE reported 3Q16 net profit of Bt23mn, up 91%YoY from large orders and revenue contribution from Sun Express. (Kao Hoon, 11/11/16)
  1. Well the climb was fast and the decent just as fast for Demco. I guess the euphoria of a profitable quarter starting to wear off.

    Still with the nightmare foundation costs expected to be over soon and WEH IPO in 2017, would not be surprised to see this name in double figures next year.

    • WEH still has a lot of internal issues to be fixed amongst the shareholders from what I’ve heard, potential legal battles may ensue, although with Wichai Thongtang apparently acting as a chairman/middleman now things may not escalate.
