Comment: The main story for the year from this is that they may list the AMC Chase in 4Q22

  1. Wow, just saw the news on PlanB acquiring Aqua’a OOH business. I hold a large position in Aqua because for the last 5 years I have always considered consolidation to be a real possibility in the OOH space. I also hold Susco for the same reason, and I’m starting to think that perhaps Demco could be a takeover target for a larger player like Gunkul.

    • Gunkul won’t bother with demco.
      Susco – family doesn’t want to sell, and PTG which was a potential buyer wasn’t interested. Who else could. Though I did like their holding in BAFS years ago.

      • Probably not for Demco, but I do see more consolidation in the retail oil market, and Susco is the logical choice. If they swoop in with an offer of say 50% above the market price, perhaps shareholders would bite. The main family doesn’t hold a controlling stake anyway.
