BDMS approved an additional THB5.5bn investment in its WellEra project, increasing the total budget from THB23.5bn to THB29bn (equivalent to c.18% of BDMS’s total assets). The increase is driven by an expansion of gross floor area from 170,000 sqm to 207,202 sqm to enhance the project’s commercial potential and support its wellness strategy, as well as higher construction costs. WellEra is located on Sarasin–Langsuan Road opposite Lumphini Park, WellEra is a mixed-use wellness development comprising a wellness residence, wellness clinic, urban wellness retreat, and premium lifestyle mall. The project has received EIA approval, is currently under construction, and is expected to be completed in 2030.
