GUNKUL: The Streets expect the Co has opportunities to secure EPC contracts for data centers. Mgmt ests the investment cost at US$5–6mn per MW (excl GPUs), with electrical systems and EPC work accounting for 10–15% of the total investment. GUNKUL is positioned to undertake these projects through either direct contracts or subcontracting arrangements, as its current workforce capacity is sufficient to handle up to 500MW of private-sector data center projects. Consequently, the CO maintains a projected data center EPC backlog of Bt691mn per year for the 2027–2028 period (within its total EPC backlog of Bt5bn)
