SIRI says presales of “taka HAUS” has increased to 85% reaching the target of Bt1.7bn. It expects a roadshow in Japan, Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Taiwan to boost revenue from foreigners by 30%. SPALI
SPALI won the bidding for the Australia Embassy land. It got the 7 rai at a price of Bt1.45mn/square wah and it will use the land for a large mixed-use project worth Bt17bn. SPALI says it has six pieces of land ready for development and expects presales and revenue to grow 15- 20% per year. (Thun Hoon, 19/9/17)
Comment: That’s actually a decent price for that plot of land given the craziness seem in some parts of the property market
THAI
THAI plans to buy Bt380mn more of NOK’s 2nd round newly issued ordinary shares after its rehabilitation plan offers a clear and satisfactory direction. It says that it will retain its holding at 21.5%; it does not think being a major shareholder is necessary. (Khao Hoon, 19/9/17)

TKS hastens to finalize the process of domestic and oversea projects worth Bt100mn this year. It plans to increase foreign revenue proportion to 10% and double its production capacity. (Thun Hoon, 19/9/17)

VIBHA says 2H17 revenue looks good, supported by high season and an increase in the social security benefit reimbursement. It believes 2017 revenue will increase by 10% from last year and plans to continuously invest in new projects to increase revenue in the future. (Thun Hoon, 19/9/17)

WPH
WPH IPO price at Bt3.9/share. Shares will open for subscription on September 20-22 and trade in the market on October 3. It says it has a good potential in revenue and earnings growth and believes it will get a good response from investors. IPO funds will be used for business expansion and to build new hospitals. TRUE
TRUE’s board approved Bt65-72bn in asset sales to DIF. It plans to use the proceeds to pay debt, buy equipment and buy newly issued units of DIF. (Khao Hoon, 19/9/17)
