QTC
QTC is going to issue 70mn new ordinary shares for PP priced at Bt13/ share, providing funds of Bt910mn. It plans to use the proceeds for the investment in current and future projects and as working capital. (Khao Hoon, 11/10/17)

SPALI
SPALI believes 4Q17 earnings will be the highest in 2017, as it is high season for its business and a lot of units are scheduled to be transferred in the quarter. It is launching a new campaign “Sai Pay Jai 0 Kuen Koon 2” in order to stimulate customer buying decision and reduce stock toward the end of the year. (Khao Hoon, 11/10/17)
Comment: This company has continously confounded me, they keep performing year in year out for the past 12 years that I’ve been looking at them.
SPORT
SPORT is changing its business model in preparation for “Thailand 4.0”. It will provide sport lovers with a one-stop service for a comprehensive range of sport and sport-related products and services. It will also penetrate the digital business in partnership with “beIN”, license owner of European league football, to launch football highlights on “siamsport” website, where it expects to be able to attract many viewers. SYNEX
SYNEX says business is growing with the IT business. It believes 2017 revenue will be higher than target, reaching Bt30bn and growing by 26%, as its new product will increase revenue. It plans to launch IT products for lease to capture the B2B customer segment. (Thun Hoon, 11/10/17)
TCAP
TCAP sold 35mn MBK shares. It expects to receive around Bt700mn from selling the shares, which will be booked in 3Q17 and 4Q17. It currently holds 19.90% MBK shares in its portfolio. (Khao Hoon, 11/10/17)
Comment: This is as a result of new banking regulations 
TOA
TOA shares price increased by 35.42% and closed at Bt32.50 on its first trading day, reflecting its strong fundamentals in the paint business with #1 market share in Thailand of 48.7%. It says its three factories overseas will start operations in 2018, increasing production capacity to 102.5mn gallons/year. (Khao Hoon, 11/10/17)
Comment: The business operations are just astounding, look at their returns. 
ZIGA
ZIGA says outlook for 2H17 earnings is positive, as it is in the high season of its business. It also plans to launch a new product, “Super Ziga”, in 4Q17 and believes 2017 revenue will grow to Bt1bn. (Khao Hoon, 11/10/17)
