Company news
Ananda Development PCL is a Bangkok-centric condominium and mixed-use developer, historically partnered with listed Japanese names on urban high-rise and transit-adjacent projects, with a still-large inventory and transfer backlog against a leveraged balance sheet. Cash flow is lumpy and rate-sensitive; the share last printed THB 0.32, a tick above Thursday’s 0.31 close but well below the December 2025 print of THB 0.41 and pinned near the THB 0.30 52-week floor, trading at a deep discount to book with no TTM multiple after a thin/loss-making trailing year and no cash dividend since 2020.

ANAN — Filed a 1-year secured note at 6.70%, quarterly pay, II/HNW. Collateral is one Phuket plot (~฿304m). Book today and 28 Sep.
Comment: A secured note – at this price, market is starting to come to it’s senses, though I would say that this should be trading at junk bond levels (remember those terms?) at 20-30% yields.
Asset World Corp PCL is the listed hospitality and mixed-use property platform of the TCC group, owning and operating hotels, retail and commercial assets across Bangkok and key Thai tourist cities. Earnings mix room and F&B recovery with a still-heavy development pipeline and leverage; the share last printed THB 3.12, up from Thursday’s 3.08 close and just under the THB 3.18 52-week high, on a mid-teens TTM multiple after a sharp rerating from the December 2025 close of THB 2.12.

AWC: will hold press conference on launching major asset-light restructuring plan today, will sell assets up to Bt50b (25% of AWC’s total assets into newly established REIT (AWR), aims to free up cash for new development and acquisition, debt reduction and lower reliance on corporate borrowing, boost ROE for investors
Comment: Great move for the equity holders at AWC. They do have a huge capex cycle coming up so dividends are non-existent.
Thai Credit Bank PCL is a mid-sized commercial bank focused on micro, nano and SME credit plus deposit-taking under a “bank for everyone” franchise, with a high-NIM book and still-elevated NPL ratios versus the large Thai banks. Earnings in 2025 were a record on loan growth and lower ECL; the share last printed THB 22.80, unchanged versus Thursday and well above the December 2025 close of THB 15.50, on a mid-single-digit TTM multiple near book after a 2026 rerating that still leaves the name below the THB 26.25 52-week high.
| Market Cap (THB): 28.16B | Market Cap (USD): ~$842M (at ~THB 33.42/USD) |
| Current Price: THB 22.80 (as of 25 September 2026 last sale) | 52-Week Range: THB 14.70-26.25 |

CREDIT: Fitch affirms credit rating at A(tha) with stable outlook supported by bank’s expertise in niche market in micro SME lending alongside prudent risk management and robust capital base enable bank to generate outstanding return amid challenging economic conditions.
Comment: Interesting space, can’t really 2x revenues from here, but it was attractive sub – 20, the question is when the PE group will finally exit.
Jaymart Group Holdings PCL is a Thai consumer-finance and retail holding company spanning mobile/IT distribution, hire-purchase and a listed NPL/collection affiliate (JMT), so group earnings swing with handset demand, JMT collection and mark-to-market on the investment book. The share last printed THB 10.20, a tick above Thursday’s 10.10 close and well above the December 2025 print of THB 6.90, still below the THB 12.80 52-week high; TTM earnings are thin-to-negative at the holding level so the multiple is not meaningful, with an indicated mid-2% yield on book below 1x.
| Market Cap (THB): 14.89B | Market Cap (USD): ~$446M (at ~THB 33.42/USD) |
| Current Price: THB 10.20 (as of 25 September 2026 last sale) | 52-Week Range: THB 5.80-12.80 |

PTT — Board set an interim of ฿1.40 (~฿39.7bn, 51% of 1H profit). XD 7 Oct, pay 22 Oct. Also plans to sell 238.66m treasury shares.
Comment: As the government needs more $ for capex, will all the SOEs have to up their div payout ratios?

STECON: STECON is reportedly positioned for three potential data-centre and power projects worth more than THB50bn combined, which could add materially to its existing backlog of around THB100bn. 3Q26 building and data-centre construction revenue is also expected to accelerate. While the potential projects have yet to be confirmed as contract awards, the pipeline reinforces STECON’s exposure to Thailand’s expanding data-centre, power and infrastructure investment cycle.
Comment: It’s the kingpin of the industry. STECON gets the main project, appoints the subs i.e. INSET, PYLON and voila.
Super Energy Corporation PCL is a Thai independent power producer with a large renewable book (solar, wind, waste-to-energy and related) plus conventional assets, funded by a heavy project-finance debt stack.
